Sydney TAFE: TAFE NSW produced a free, 7-chapter E-Booklet as a training tool for the Indian hospitality industry. It was designed to provide the food handler with an understanding of how to prepare and serve food so that it is safe for others to eat.

It was created by Sydney TAFE in collaboration with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and the Tourism & Hospitality Skills Council. Development and promotion of this Indian Hospitality and Tourism industry ‘Health and Hygiene for Serving Safe Food’ Ebooklet is supported by the Australian Government though the Australia-India Council of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
