2016 Fresh Produce Safety Conference: Innovation in fresh food safety
The 2016 conference will address global technology advances in food safety, innovative techniques and technologies to better manage food safety, the new Harmonised Australian Retailer Produce Scheme (HARPS), lessons learnt from recent food safety crises, the latest R&D, and IT that is set to change the landscape for fresh food producers and food safety specialists.
