ABC News: A researcher interested in the field of food packaging, quality and shelf-life is looking into how innovative packaging techniques can extend shelf-life and preserve quality. Dr Matthew Wilson said packaging was an under-acknowledged key player in keeping fruits and vegetables fresh and safe to eat for a long time.
