ABC News: New residents to Canberra are being warned not to go mushroom picking, as the ACT enters death cap season. Food Safety Information Council spokesperson Lydia Buchtmann said new migrants and overseas students in particular often had a tradition of picking wild mushrooms, without being aware of the local risk.
