The third annual conference of the Fresh Produce Safety Centre Australia & New Zealand was held at the beautiful Holme Building at the University of Sydney on 10 August 2016.

Over 130 people attended to hear an array of Australasian and overseas speakers on topics around innovation in the fresh produce industry, network, and view the sponsor exhibits.

The event provided:

The Fresh Produce Safety Conference is the annual event of the industry-led and industry-managed Fresh Produce Safety Centre. The conference is recognised as the key event on the fresh produce safety calendar in Australia and New Zealand.
