HARPS
The Harmonised Australian Retailer Produce Scheme (HARPS) will allow direct suppliers to the five Australian chain retailers to use one of the recognised global food safety standards plus harmonised additional requirements to supply all retailers. This will eliminate multiple audits for multiple customers. This is a HIA-funded project.
