EARLY BIRD TICKETS ON SALE NOW!
Following the resounding success of the inaugural event in August 2024, we are excited to announce the dates for the 2025 International Fresh Produce Safety Symposium (#IFPSS25). The highly anticipated event will return to the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach on 29-30 July 2025.
Building on the momentum of the first symposium, #IFPSS25 promises two full days of groundbreaking sessions, focused on ensuring the highest standards in fresh produce safety across Australia, New Zealand, and globally. Experts, thought leaders, and professionals from the fresh produce industry will come together to collaborate, discuss emerging challenges, and share innovative solutions aimed at maintaining safe and sustainable food supply chains.
Attendees can look forward to a diverse range of topics, including risk assessment, pathogen control, supply chain traceability, and technology-driven innovations in food safety. In addition to the educational sessions, the 2025 Symposium will offer valuable networking opportunities and an interactive exhibition, providing an intimate forum to showcase cutting-edge products, services, and solutions for fresh produce safety to a niche, highly-engaged delegation.
