Food Standards Australia-New Zealand (FSANZ)
FSANZ is a bi-national government agency, responsible for the development and administration of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code), which lists requirements for foods such as additives, food safety, labelling and GM foods. Enforcement and interpretation of the Code is the responsibility of State/Territory departments and food agencies within Australia and New Zealand.

South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI)
