Each year, in line with the FPSC constitution, the two longest-serving directors (since their last election) retire at the AGM. This year, Brendan Hayes and Belinda Wilson-Chartres will step down from office, though both are seeking re-nomination.

We invite nominations from people who are passionate about fresh produce food safety and eager to make a positive contribution to our industry. Serving as a Director provides the opportunity to:

  • Contribute your expertise to initiatives that strengthen food safety across the fresh produce sector.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of industry leaders and researchers.
  • Help shape the future direction of the FPSC.

If you have the skills, experience and commitment to support our mission, we encourage you to apply. Please submit a short cover letter and CV to Damien at ceo@fpsc-anz.com by Friday 10 October.

All nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel, with a preferred candidate recommended to members for appointment via resolution at the AGM in November.
