AIFST 2021 Virtual Convention

The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST) 2021 Virtual Convention is now just one month away!
The AIFST will be delivering the convention across 4 days and hosting more than 60 speakers. Chief Executive Officer of AIFST, Fiona Fleming, stated “This has been a challenging year for everyone, and the theme of our convention certainly resonates – ‘Food Science – delivering in a changing world’”. The convention promises to deliver an exciting program of topics across the four days:

Day 1: Delivering food safety
Day 2: Health, nutrition & consumer service
Day 3: Innovation & future food production & processing systems
Day 4: Sustainability, resilience and food security in a changing world

The convention aims to provide great opportunities to engage with speakers and connect with industry developments. Be sure to join the convention as the AIFST program examines the sustainability and resilience of food systems through contrasting lenses that represent different points along the food supply chain.
